If a provider retires a model, Velora may switch to a similar one.

Is this a subscription?

No. Both plans are one-time payments for lifetime access.

Does Server Premium give everyone global premium?

No. Members get premium inside servers you own that have Velora. You, the buyer, also get User Premium everywhere.
